If you can pass the first week, it’s will easier in second-week and the rest week is mostly your mental.

  4. Reward yourself. if you can pass the first week, reward yourself. This can motivate you to fight in the second week and keep reward yourself after the second week, a month and a half years. make sure is a good reward. you deserve it.

  5. Think positive. Tell yourself that you can do it, and you will. Tell yourself that you can’t do it, and you definitely won’t. When things get rough, just think positive! You CAN make it through first Week. And you can.
